For Asians - AREKA 

Arkadiusz... no, it's almost impossible to pronounce for my many friends in Asia.

Phonetically it sounded like... AREKA.   I liked it too and it stayed that way.

I am a resident of Szczecin, an engineer, an Aquarius, a Dragon, a dreamer and, above all, a positive person. My adventure with Asia began in 2013, with an innocent, week-long business trip to China. It all started in Qingdao, where I spent my first year. Then Shanghai and finally Vietnam, where I lived for 6 years.

And so 10 years in Asia have passed in the blink of an eye.

I fell in love with the local culture, cuisine and nature. In my opinion, it's the people that make the difference.

This is particularly visible in Asia. Wonderful, friendly societies and a unique mix of cultures.

This made me still impressed and in love with the colors of this fantastic continent.

Now it's time for a new chapter of Bamboo Stories - America!

I'm starting in Mexico. We'll see where the path of life will lead me...
